1. Start registration
The registrations have started! The button “register” takes you to the page where you can choose which object type you want to register for. If you are interested in multiple object types, fill in the registration form for the different object types. As soon as the registration has been saved, you will receive an email from us with the next steps + an email to create a password for your digital customer file.
2. The first digital draw
At the top of the page you will find a button with “register directly”. With this you can start the online registration. You will be referred to a secure environment where you can enter your details and upload your documents. Which documents we request from you depend on your personal situation. The rules & tips for uploading the documents can be found on this page.
3. If no match
If you are not the first to come out of the digital draw, you will receive an email about this. On this page you will find the current status of the rental and draw (s). Only when all rental agreements have been signed, you will receive an email that all homes have been rented out. It may happen that homes that have been allocated provisionally become available again. In that case a new draw will be held. This includes everyone who has been registered up to that point. It may therefore happen that you still receive a provisional allocation.
If you are the first to come out of the draw, you will receive an email that you have received a provisional allocation. You can accept the provisional allocation in your file. The house is then no longer available to other candidates. You then continue in the rental process for that property. You will receive more information about this in one of the emails that follows after registration.
5. Documents approved
The documents are checked once more by the real estate manager. Is everything indeed complete? A BKR credit check and possibly a PEP and / or sanction test of the BKR are then carried out. If everything is indeed agreed, the property will be definitively assigned to you and you will receive the lease. After you have digitally signed the lease, the real estate manager can also sign it digitally. Then it’s official: you are the tenant of your dream home! Congratulations!
6. Key handover
During the key transfer, your ID will be checked by means of special software. Make sure you bring a valid ID or passport, a driver’s license is not seen as valid ID.
